The project is located in the industrial zone of Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. This area has convenient transportation, but the buildings are out of date. The design creatively connects the ground floor and the second floor space, and extends the urban street space upward through a spiral staircase. This design creates a high quality office space with high identification.
