本項目距離機場較近，處於航空限高區域，在建築高度受限的條件下 ,本方案通過採用清新明快的建築風格，打造了具有鮮明個性的居住小區。東南角的酒店與住宅既有的聯繫，又有區別，提升了城市片區的檔次。The site has height limit since it is close to the airport. Our design creates a unique residential style. The city hotel is located at the southeast corner of the site, which is near the community, and improve the communal life.
